We’re thrilled to add a selection of USDA Certified Organic, pasture raised eggs to our farmers’ market offerings. We're proud to be the only farm selling USDA Certified Organic eggs on Sunday mornings at Texas Farmer's Market and through our CSA!

Our first flock of laying happy Rhode Island hens are a critical piece of New Leaf’s Regenerative Soil Health Plan. Their mobile coop is rotated throughout our veggie fields to improve the health of our soil — making for happy veggies & happy hens!
